The Kalla Coopery is respected and praised throughout Europe for their quality barrels. European Wine makers acknowledge Kalla barrels for their properties to mellow wines. These wineries have a tradition of winning gold, silver and bronze metals at international wine competitions.

In the early 1900`s my Paternal Grandfather started our Coopery with the guiding principals of quality and value for our customers. We initially made barrels and flowerpots out of oak and acacia wood. The traditional Cooper Trade was taught and handed down from generation to generation.

Today`s products are manufactured with more than 20 skilled Coopers. Mechanization supplements the old craft tradition of making barrels by hand. Our products are made in a 1500 m2 factory. An adjacent curing yard ages and dries the wood for two to three years.

Our products include: barrels, flowerpots, wooden tubs, rain collectors, and carvings for decorations. Our products are sold in most European countries, the United States, and Australia. We are proud of the appreciatory customer responses and referrals for new business.
